Todd Schnabel

Bringing decades of expertise to Southwest Patio, Todd Schnabel's roots in the roofing and mobile home industries trace back to the 1970s in California. As the owner, Todd's journey began alongside his father and uncles, evolving from roofing to mobile home contracting. In 2003, he ventured into patio covers, founding Inland Awning. Moving to Arizona in 2007, Todd expanded his skills at Phoenix Patio Systems before establishing Southwest Patio and Awning in 2012. Renowned for his craftsmanship, Todd has contributed to numerous commercial and residential projects, leaving an indelible mark on Arizona's outdoor spaces.

Dana Schnabel

A vital force behind Southwest Patio, Dana Schnabel has been Todd's steadfast partner since their marriage in 1995. Having collaborated since the Inland Awning days in California, Dana manages the office and bookkeeping at Southwest Patio. As the go-to person for invoices and permit inquiries, Dana ensures the smooth administrative operation of the company.

Trent Stevens

Considered family by association, Trent Stevens is an integral part of Southwest Patio. Todd encountered Trent during his tenure at Phoenix Patio Systems. With over 30 years in construction, Trent gained extensive patio cover knowledge as a manager/installer at Phoenix Patio Systems. Handling customer communications and scheduling, Trent brings invaluable expertise to both commercial and residential projects.

Aric Schnabel

Continuing the Schnabel legacy, Aric, Todd's son, is carving his niche in the trade as an installer and sales professional. Raised with a strong work ethic, Aric spent school holidays and summers working alongside his father. After enlisting with the USMC, where he honed adaptability and resilience, Aric now applies these values at Southwest Patio. Managing sales and installations, Aric ensures the tradition of quality and dedication endures at Southwest Patio.
