Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

•Construct Aluminum Pergolas: Work with industry-leading materials to build durable, high-quality pergolas that enhance outdoor living spaces.

•Dig and Set Posts: Prepare and secure posts to ensure stable and precise installations.

•Perform Minor Electrical Work: Install fans, lights, and outlets as part of the project scope, adding functionality to the structures.

•Communicate Job Progress: Provide regular updates to the office, keeping the team informed about project milestones and any challenges.

•Pick Up Materials: Retrieve materials from suppliers as needed to ensure project timelines are met.

•Ensure a Clean Workspace: Maintain a clean and debris-free worksite once the job is completed, leaving the space ready for the client to enjoy.

Experience and Background

While prior experience in construction is not strictly required, having a background in construction or hands-on experience with tools will be highly beneficial. If you have worked in a similar role or have experience with pergola installations, outdoor structures, or related construction projects, we’d love to hear about it during your interview.

Equipment Requirements

To excel in this role, you’ll need the following equipment:

•Truck with Rack: While not needed to start, this will be essential over time as you grow with the position.

•Basic Hand Tools: Including screwdrivers, wrenches, and hammers.

•Level: For precise and accurate installations.

•Screw Gun and Drill: For assembling pergola components efficiently.

•Ladders: To reach various heights safely and securely.

•Tape Measure: For accurate measurements during the building process.

•Caulk Gun: To complete finishing touches.
